The working pressure of the rubber Ball Joints refers to the high pressure of the rubber soft joint when it is working. It includes air, compressed air, water, seawater, hot water, oil, acid, alkali and other fluids passing through the pipeline, and the pressure generated .
So how to choose the working pressure of the rubber soft joint?
This should be selected according to the pressure of the pump and pipeline. It must correspond to the working pressure of the pipeline and equipment. It is not possible to install the rubber soft joint with low pressure in the pipeline with high pressure. This will cause damage to the rubber soft joint and pipeline equipment.
The burst pressure of the rubber soft joint means that the rubber soft joint may burst, tear and be damaged under this pressure. Therefore, the pipeline pressure is required and cannot exceed the burst pressure.
The usual working pressures of rubber soft joints are 1.0MPa and 1.6MPa. These two pressures are used. Of course, the working pressure of rubber soft joints includes but is not limited to these two, because it also has 0.25MPa, 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.5MPa, 4.0MPa, 6.4MPa. The latter two are high pressure, and general manufacturers cannot produce high pressure rubber soft joints.
